Have a property that is rented or only occupied for a portion of the year? We specialize in the upkeep of those types of properties!
Additional Services
Laundry
For an added fee of $6 per load, we will wash and dry 1 load of laundry.
Inside Cabinets
Included on a FULL Deep Clean, or an added charge on regular cleans.
Organizing
We provide an option of organization for homes that are in need, at the
rate of $50 per hour.
Interior Blinds
An extra service offered to our clients at the rate of $30 per hour for
interior blinds made of wood, plastic or cloth.
Interior Walls
hourly rate of $40 per hour for all Interior walls
Interior/Exterior Windows
Interior Windows are included on all Partial & Full Deep Cleans.
Exterior Window Service offered at the rate of $40 per hour
